In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council on consumer rights, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email to [email protected]). Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
